If you are not satisfied with your Extra Virgin Hair Wig, you may return it if the wig is not removed from its original packaging. We will refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition that you have received it. The returned item must also be in its original packaging.
